Our services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Maurya Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

For custom development projects:

• You retain ownership of your content and materials
• We retain ownership of our proprietary code and frameworks
• Custom code developed for your project becomes your property upon full payment
• We may use anonymized code for portfolio and improvement purposes

Payment terms for our services:

• Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements
• All payments are due in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maurya Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
